Overview of This Policy

This policy explains how ClickNest Academy handles digital purchases, product access, delivery, cancellations, and refund requests.

ClickNest Academy offers digital resources for content creators, digital entrepreneurs, online educators, freelancers, and other internet-based professionals. These products may include online courses, masterclasses, templates, starter packs, bundled toolkits, archives, educational resources, and other digital materials made available entirely online.

All products sold through ClickNest Academy are delivered in digital format only. No physical items are mailed, shipped, or returned.

By completing a purchase through ClickNest Academy, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

Nature of Digital Products

All products available on ClickNest Academy are intangible digital goods. Depending on the product, access may include downloadable files, online lessons, member resources, recorded training, editable templates, private libraries, or bundled digital materials.

Because these products are digital, they can typically be viewed, saved, copied, streamed, downloaded, or used shortly after payment is completed. For that reason, they are treated differently from physical goods and are not eligible for return in the usual sense.

Once access has been granted, the product is considered digitally delivered.

When Delivery Is Considered Complete

Delivery is considered complete once ClickNest Academy has made the purchased product available to the customer through any of its normal fulfillment methods.

This may include:

  • course dashboard access

  • member area access

  • download links

  • email delivery

  • archive access

  • bundled resource pages

  • account-based digital access

An order is treated as fulfilled as soon as the relevant file, link, login details, viewing rights, or access instructions have been provided. Delivery is not dependent on whether the customer chooses to open, watch, download, or use the product immediately.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter correct purchase details, including an accurate email address and any other required information needed to receive access.

Final Sale Basis

All sales made through ClickNest Academy are final.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned and cannot be reliably treated as unused after access has been granted, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and reversals are not offered once a product has been purchased and delivered.

This final sale rule applies to all digital products sold on the platform, including courses, masterclasses, templates, bundles, archives, and starter packs.

No-Refund Rule

Once access to a product has been provided, ClickNest Academy does not issue refunds.

This applies regardless of whether the customer has fully used the product, partially used it, or has not yet used it. Once delivery has occurred, the order is considered complete and non-refundable.

Refunds are not available for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • change of mind after purchase

  • lack of use after payment

  • misunderstanding of how to use the product

  • personal preference differences

  • dissatisfaction based on expectations not clearly stated on the product page

  • accidental duplicate purchases made by mistake

  • buying the wrong product

  • deciding the product is no longer needed

  • failure to review the product details before checkout

  • lack of time, commitment, or technical confidence to use the product

Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase.

Customer Review Responsibility Before Purchase

ClickNest Academy aims to describe each product clearly so customers can make informed buying decisions.

Product pages may include details relating to:

  • what the product includes

  • the intended purpose of the product

  • how the resource is structured

  • who the resource is for

  • the delivery format

  • whether the item is a course, template, starter pack, archive, or bundle

Before ordering, customers are responsible for reviewing this information carefully and deciding whether the product is suitable for their own needs, business model, skill level, and intended use.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they understand they are buying a digital resource and that they have reviewed the available product information before payment.

Access and Customer Setup Responsibility

After successful payment, customers will usually receive immediate or near-immediate access to their purchased digital product through the ClickNest Academy platform or another digital delivery method used by the business.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary device, browser, software, app access, storage, and internet connectivity required to use the purchased content.

ClickNest Academy is not responsible for customer-side access problems caused by factors such as:

  • incompatible devices

  • unsupported software

  • outdated browsers

  • weak or unstable internet connections

  • blocked downloads

  • email filtering issues

  • account login errors caused by customer-entered information

  • internal device restrictions

  • local storage limitations

These kinds of technical limitations do not create a right to a refund.

Support for Access Problems

If a customer experiences trouble accessing a purchased product, ClickNest Academy may provide reasonable assistance to help complete or restore delivery.

This may include actions such as:

  • resending a link

  • confirming account access

  • checking whether delivery was completed

  • guiding the customer to the correct access point

  • providing an alternative delivery route where appropriate

Access assistance is intended to make sure the customer receives the digital product they purchased. It does not create an exception to the no-refund rule.

No Return, No Exchange, No Cancellation

Because all products are delivered digitally, ClickNest Academy does not accept returns or exchanges.

Orders also cannot be canceled once they have been processed and access has been issued. Since digital content can be consumed immediately after delivery, there is no practical method to reverse an order once fulfillment has taken place.

Customers should therefore make sure they are selecting the correct product before completing checkout.

Duplicate Purchases

If a customer accidentally purchases the same product more than once, this does not automatically create a right to a refund under this policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing payment. Since all products are delivered digitally and access may be granted immediately, mistaken repeat purchases remain subject to the same final sale rule as all other orders.

Product Usage Rights

When a customer purchases a product from ClickNest Academy, they receive a limited right to use that digital product in line with the intended use described for that product.

Unless a different license is expressly stated, the customer receives access for their own personal or internal business use only. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product itself, its structure, its educational material, or its underlying intellectual property.

All content remains the property of ClickNest Academy or its relevant rights holder.

Restrictions on Sharing, Redistribution, and Resale

Products sold by ClickNest Academy may not be shared, copied for outside distribution, resold, redistributed, sublicensed, republished, or reproduced without prior written permission.

This includes, without limitation:

  • sharing course access with others

  • forwarding download links

  • uploading purchased materials to shared folders or public platforms

  • reselling templates or bundled resources

  • redistributing lesson materials

  • copying starter packs for client resale

  • publishing archive content outside the permitted use scope

Unauthorized sharing or commercial misuse of any ClickNest Academy product is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked access, canceled usage rights, removal from the platform, refusal of future purchases, or further action where necessary.

Product Accuracy and Outcome Expectations

ClickNest Academy works to present product descriptions, features, and materials as clearly and accurately as possible. At the same time, individual results will vary based on factors such as effort, experience level, niche, implementation, consistency, audience response, business model, and external market conditions.

For that reason, ClickNest Academy does not guarantee any specific business result, revenue outcome, audience growth result, content performance metric, course completion outcome, or professional success from the use of its products.

The customer remains responsible for how they apply the information, systems, or materials purchased through the platform.

Product Updates and Changes

ClickNest Academy may update, improve, expand, revise, replace, reorganize, or discontinue digital products or access methods at any time.

This may include changes to:

  • course layouts

  • lesson organization

  • bundled resource structures

  • platform delivery methods

  • archive access systems

  • templates and supporting materials

Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates, future releases, expanded bundles, additional modules, or continued access to every later version of a product.

Changes to a product after purchase do not create a right to a refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer believes there is a billing or access issue, they should contact ClickNest Academy directly before opening a payment dispute.

If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated after digital access has already been granted, ClickNest Academy reserves the right to respond using available records, including order details, payment confirmation, delivery history, access logs, and account activity.

Where a dispute is found to conflict with confirmed digital delivery or appears abusive or fraudulent, ClickNest Academy may suspend access, revoke usage rights, and restrict future transactions.

Policy Changes

ClickNest Academy may revise, update, or modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in products, delivery systems, operations, legal requirements, or business practices.

Any revised version becomes effective once it is published on the website, unless a different effective date is stated. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically so they remain aware of the terms governing digital purchases.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing from ClickNest Academy, the customer confirms that they understand they are buying digital products delivered electronically and that those purchases are governed by this final sale and access policy.
